Shipping Information
We use the United States Postal Service.
Items in Stock: During the ordering process, items which are currently in stock have an asterisk (*) next to them on the table of contents page, and are indicated by a notice they are in stock just beneath the cost of the item. We are a small special service store, and do not carry a lot of inventory. We ship orders as quickly as possible. Corsets and other clothing come from Europe. Your order may take anywhere from 2 weeks to a few months, depending on the item(s). If there will be a delay beyond the normal "4-6 weeks for delivery," we'll contact you to let you decide!
Expedited Shipping: You may choose expedited shipping on any order, but this does not mean we have the item in stock to rush. See "Items in Stock" above. We will rush merchandise not currently in stock when we receive it if expedited shipping is requested.
Your Package: Your package will be delayed if you do not include the address where your credit card statement is mailed under your billing information. We are technically a "mail order company" which means we are required to have the current information where your credit card statement is mailed. We will be glad to ship to a gift address, but without this information we cannot process your order. We do not ship to PO boxes. Some states have restrictions on items. Do not order items which are illegal for your location.
We Accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. We do not do business outside the US and Canada.
Package Appearance: All our packages are shipped with the return address "IR." We use USPS.
Separate Packages: Although every effort is made to ship your order at once to keep your shipping charge to a minimum, sometimes we will need to split it out based on a backordered item. This does, unfortunately, incur an additional shipping and handling fee.
International Shipping: We only do business with Canada. We are not responsible for items that do not make it through customs, and will not refund for customs-seized items. Do not order that which is not permitted.
