Return Policy

We do not accept returns on videos, books, items that have been removed from sealed packaging, or that have been used. We must determine that the returned item was defective at time of manufacturing, or damaged during shipping.  We absolutely will not refund money for items refused in customs.  If the item is not legal in your area, do not order it from us.

We will accept returns on clothing provided it was not worn.  We do notice scuffs on the bottoms of shoes, clothing that smells like perfume and smoke, and other things that tell us the clothing was worn out and then returned.  We will NOT accept worn clothing (meaning more than "tried on") back, period.  Please help us to minimize returns on clothing by letting us know your measurements in the "special instructions" section of the ordering process.  This will allow us to double check that you've ordered the size best suited to you for the item you've purchased.  

Custom order clothing requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit.  It is often not able to be returned at all.  In the rare instances it may be returned it is for store credit only.  You will be notified in advance if an item is a custom order, and what return if any will be accepted.  You may cancel your order if you choose when notified that the item is a custom order item.
